Our Process- Single Harvest

We do not believe that harvesting from the same group of cells for multiple years is beneficial, we believe that practice compromises cellular health which in turn provides low-quality Exosomes. Instead, we believe in finding the highest quality donors and harvesting from the healthiest part of the placenta to start passaging with fresh MSC’s to produce the highest potency of Exosomes possible.

Testing and Validation

20% of every lot manufactured is sent for sterility and endotoxin testing by a 3rd party laboratory. In addition, Vitti Labs requires a Nonocyte Report for each lot and a biannual Characterization Report produced by external laboratories for transparency and validation.

Regulations

Vitti Labs is an FDA registered Tissue Bank which means we implement

and maintain FDA regulations, prioritize legal council and perform regular

internal audits. Additionally, we implement AATB standards, follow GMP guidelines, and only work with tissue procurement organizations within the United States and that follow ACOG requirements.
